In contrast with my other shelf designs, the Craft Shelf features straight, sharp lines. A half lap joint, a combination of different woods, and geometric shapes are featured in this wall fixture. As part of my design, I tried to create a shelf that would fit in any corner of the house. The wooden corners of the shelf, which are connected diagonally with a hinged fastener, bring to light the world of artisan carpentry.
